Is Synergy accredited?

Accreditation is a process. Synergy will begin the accreditation process this year.

As this is for high school only–we expect to have full accreditation for our first graduating class. In addition, we will have all of our classes A-G approved, ensuring our graduates have everything they need to attend a California college or university.

What are your school hours?

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 12:00 pm

TK/K Hours
Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 12:00 pm

Will you provide transportation?

We will not be able to offer transportation this year, however, we will do our best to help families coordinate carpools.

What grades will you be offering?

Our charter has been approved for TK-12th grade. Our plan is to open TK-8th during year one. However, if there is a great demand for other grades, we will consider expanding the grade level offerings.
We will also have an Independent Study cohort of High School grades who will have the option of attending in person at our Learning Center.

Will you be offering Before and After School Care?

Yes, we will be offering both before and after school care. More information to come soon.

Are you offering School Tours?

Yes, but not right now. Please subscribe to the “Stay up-to-date on all things Synergy” list below for updates on future tours.

What is your curriculum?

Our curriculum foundation is Project Based Learning (PBL), Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and we incorporate state standards. We have an emphasis on reading instruction, hands on learning experiences, engaging math curriculum and field trips that provide real-world experiences.

Are your teachers credentialed?

We call our teachers, facilitators, and yes, they are all credentialed.

Will you be serving breakfast/lunch?

Yes, we will be serving both breakfast and lunch.

When is your first day of school?

September 05, 2023

What is your Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Policy?

In the 2023–24 school year, a child who will have their fifth birthday between  September 2 and April 2 shall be admitted to a transitional kindergarten program maintained by the school district or charter school.

What are the required Enrollment Documents?

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records
  • Proof of Address
  • Report of Health Exam (for students enrolling in a CA public school for the first time)
  • Oral Health Exam (for students enrolling in a CA public school for the first time)
